Wharf T&T has achieved the Gold Label in the Low-carbon Office Operation Programme (LOOP) Labelling Scheme organised by WWF-Hong Kong. Being the first ICT participant in Hong Kong, the Gold Label signifies the success of the company’s efforts and commitment in sustaining a green environment. The company will continue to promote climate-friendly practices amongst the ICT industry and raise the green awareness among the employees. 

The LOOP Labelling Scheme is the first programme available in Hong Kong to assist the commercial sector to measure their office carbon footprints and take action to reduce carbon emissions from daily operations. By assessing carbon emissions from areas including electricity use, transportation and other resources such as paper use and water consumption, companies could become one of the important members to combat climate change.
