Wharf T&T and COL have been a long-term supporter of the initiatives for bridging digital divide.  In the Web Care Campaign 2010, Wharf T&T and COL were once again being recognised for its commitment to building barrier-free websites for a user-friendly Internet environment and were presented the Jade Award in the presentation ceremony held on 22 January 2011.

The Web Care Award is organised by the Internet Professional Association with an objective to encourage the public and private sector to build no-barrier website for the disadvantaged groups, providing equal opportunities for them to enjoy the benefits brought by the development of the Internet and promoting e-inclusion concept in Hong Kong.
