ISO LogoWharf T&T's Customer Service Operations has been awarded the ISO 10002:2004 certification and ISO 9001:2000 certification. Wharf T&T is the first telecommunications company awarded ISO 10002 by SGS Hong Kong Limited, representing its commitment to stringent quality control and to be a high quality and reliable business partner for the business community in Hong Kong and grow with their businesses.

To obtain ISO 10002 and ISO 9001 certification, Wharf T&T has to meet all stringent requirements for ISO compliance and demonstrated the service excellence in our customer service and operations to manage and implement a systematic approach and procedure for total quality management.

In addition to the ISO 10002 and ISO 9001 certification to Customers Service Operations, Wharf T&T Network division has also attained ISO 9001 certification in 2004.
