The 8th HKTDC World SME Expo was held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 10 – 12 December 2008. This year, the Exposition attracted over 30,000 local and overseas visitors seeking collaboration opportunities in the vast mainland market. Wharf T&T showcased a series of SME business companion products at the Expo, including tailored SME phone packages; NEC Business solutions; Web-Builder; SUPERTONE SUPREME PLUS; iCOMMUNICATOR; iFAX and the newly launched anti-virus and anti-spam solution, PC SECURE.
At the Expo, Wharf T&T hosted a seminar on "Strengthen Your Competitiveness via Wharf T&T’s Innovative Services" to outline Wharf T&T’s new SME services "Web-Builder", "PC SECURE" and iCOMMUNICATOR aiming to help SME strengthen their competitiveness during hard times. WeB, an IT service subsidiary of Wharf T&T, was also invited to share their views at the "E-Marketing Symposium" organised by Hong Kong Trade Development Council on the trend and development of e-marketing adoption in Hong Kong. Over 100 managers and decision makers of SMEs attended the speaking sessions and expressed their interests in how communication technology and usage can help them enhance their competitiveness in the global economic downturn. |
