A millisecond makes a huge difference to a trading platform. Network stability and connectivity play a crucial role in financial data transmission. As the service provider entrusted by HKEx for its backbone network and an accredited SDNet/2 WAN service providers by HKEx, Wharf T&T has organised a seminar - "The Overview of SDNet/2 WAN Service" on 24 Nov 2011 to provide IT executives from financial firms important tips for the implementation of SDNET/2 and the selection of a reliable partner for SDNet/2 WAN service deployment. More than 170 IT executives from insurance and financial sectors attended the seminar.
At the seminar, we were glad to have Juniper Networks and Avaya as supporting partners to introduce the latest networking solutions deployed by international exchanges and financial institutions. Moreover, voice logging system that helps Hong Kong financial firms comply with financial industry regulations was also introduced in the seminar. |
