FOR THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
Wharf T&T supports the CCSS which is a mediation scheme that aims to resolve billing disputes in deadlock between residential customers and their telecommunications service providers. The mediation service is provided by an independent service centre set up under the Communications Association of Hong Kong.
