Setup your overseas phone number (called number) through IVRS our web site

Making calls from overseas to Hong Kong or overseas to overseas, please use an IDD capable phone to call your Global Direct number to initialize the call back. After connected, hang up.

GD will call back your pre-set phone number. Simply answer the call and make call follow the IVRS instruction. e.g. enter 007+country code + area code.
